Monthly Memberships offer at a discounted price. Credits rollover if you miss a month to be used towards other services.
Packages (6 or 12) never expire — use them at your own pace.

🎁 Birthday Gift

Members & package owners receive $50 in credit to use on any service(s) not in the membership or package during their birthday month.
Want a higher-value service? Pay the difference (referral credit cannot be applied).

💸 Referral Rewards

Refer a friend and earn 50% of your referral’s service cost as credit (up to $100 per referral).
Example: Referral spends $100 → You get $50 credit. Referral must list your name on their intake form on their first visit or it's voided.
Credits can only be used on full priced services. They cannot be used toward memberships, packages, discounted services, retail, or tips.
Referral credits reset to zero every January 1st.
Eligibility:
- Memberships must be active and paid up-to-date (not frozen).
- Package owners of 6 must use at least once every 2 months.
- Package owners of 12 must use at least once every 4 months.

Monthly Memberships
- 3-month minimum commitment.
- Auto-charged on the 1st of each month (3.5% card processing fee applies).
- Payments not received by 9:59 PM PST on the 1st incur a $25 late fee.
- Memberships may be frozen up to 1 times per year, for a maximum of 6 months. Credits cannot be used while frozen.
- Memberships canceled, all referral credits are zeroed out and can not be regained.
- Membership covers 1 service a month per each item added to membership. If member wants that service a second time in the same month they will owe the discounted membership price.
- Cancellations require 30-day written notice via email only sugarmecleanbeautylounge@gmail.com, once canceled membership can not be reactivated for 6 months.
- Memberships & packages are non-transferable (photo ID may be required).
- Discounts can be combined with sales and the difference will be due.
- Accounts unpaid for 3+ months may be terminated and sent to collections.
- Sugar Me Clean Beauty Lounge reserves the right to update or modify membership terms at any time.

Membership Payment Policy

After submitting your membership form, you will be directed to pay for your first month. You will receive an invoice within 24 hours or less for your selected membership service(s) for future reoccurring monthly memberships until canceled. A valid debit or credit card is required to be placed on the invoice for your recurring membership payments.

If your card on file is removed or payment fails, Sugar Me Clean Beauty Lounge will attempt to contact you three (3) times. If payment is not received by the fourth attempt, your membership will be canceled and you will not be eligible to enroll in another membership for twelve (12) consecutive months.

I have read and understand a card must be added to the invoice sent to the above e-mail I provided.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Memberships and packages remain subject to all company cancellation and no-show policies. Appointments canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours, late arrivals beyond the grace period, and no-shows will still incur the applicable fee.

For package holders, fees will be deducted from the prepaid package balance. For membership holders, fees will be due at the next appointment or deducted from available membership credit balance.

Referral credits cannot be used toward late fees, cancellation fees, or no-show fees, as they are promotional credits and not a direct form of payment.
