Official Giveaway Rules & Terms of Purchase
The Official Rules govern eligibility, entry methods, winner selection, prize redemption, expiration, and restrictions.
By purchasing this treatment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Sponsor and Promotion Period
The giveaway is sponsored by Sugar Me Clean Beauty Lounge, operating in Las Vegas, Nevada, and San Antonio, Texas.
Entries are accepted November 1–25, 2026, from 12:00 a.m. Central Time on November 1 until 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 25.
2. Eligibility and Entry
Open to legal United States residents age 18 or older who can redeem services at a participating Sugar Me Clean location. Owners, employees, and members of their immediate households are ineligible. Void where prohibited.
Participants may enter through either of the following methods:
Purchase Entry: Purchase the promotional $1 Ingrown Hair Mask Treatment online and provide the required contact information.
Free Entry: Complete the free giveaway form on our website using your name and valid email address.
Limit one eligible entry per person, regardless of method. Both methods provide equal chances of winning. Additional purchases do not provide additional entries. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
3. Treatment Redemption
The purchased $1 treatment must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.
Present your purchase confirmation or redemption screenshot at your scheduled appointment.
Appointments are subject to availability and applicable salon booking, cancellation, and no-show policies.
Unused promotional treatments expire after the redemption deadline, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Grand Prize
One eligible winner will receive $599 in Sugar Me Clean sugaring service credit.
The prize may provide up to one year of appointments depending on the services selected, but does not guarantee unlimited services or a full year of treatments.
5. Prize Restrictions and Expiration
The winner must select one participating Sugar Me Clean location to redeem the prize.
The $599 credit is valid through November 26, 2027. All eligible services must be completed by this date. Any remaining balance will be forfeited after expiration, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Prize credit may only be used for regularly priced sugaring services. It cannot be applied toward retail products, discounted services, promotional offers, packages, memberships, or gift cards.
The prize is nontransferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts or credits.
Any amount exceeding the remaining prize balance is the winner's responsibility.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be randomly selected on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026.
The potential winner will be contacted by email and must respond within 48 hours. If the potential winner is ineligible or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be randomly selected.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Taxes and Privacy
The winner is responsible for applicable taxes. Sponsor may request documentation or issue tax forms when required by law.
Customer information will be used to process purchases, administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact the winner.
Marketing emails are optional and are not required to enter or purchase.
8. General Conditions
Sugar Me Clean may verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent entries, and address circumstances compromising the integrity of the promotion, subject to applicable law.
