What to know or do before scheduling your appointment?
Who's a good candidate?
Because vacuum butt lift therapy is non-surgical, virtually any person is a good candidate. You can increase the volume or firmness of your buttocks without needles, incisions, or other invasive techniques.
Does it hurt? How long is the service?
You will experience little to no downtime after. Mild side effects like redness or numbing may occur for a few days after the procedure but will not impact your ability to go back to work or resume exercise. Vacuum butt lift therapy takes less than an hour to complete and doesn't involve any downtime.
How soon will I see results?
You will see an improvement in your buttocks immediately following your treatment. The suction device can begin to improve the look of your skin and redistribute fat cells immediately, but your results will continue to improve as any side effects subside and your lymphatic system drains fatty deposits. You will need multiple treatments to achieve your desired results.

LADIES, This can cause unwanted heavier cycles so plan accordingly!
Consume as much water as possible to receive the best results and don't eat two hours prior. No heavy meals, alcohol, caffeine and drinks with carbonation. Absolutely no products on the skin that day.
What to do after my session(s)?
Keeping a clean healthy diet with exercise will maximize results. If this isn't in your routine adding more sessions will be needed to maintain the results your seeking. For 24hours DO NOT drink alcohol, caffine or carbonated drinks; continue drinking as much water for 24hrs. Staying hydrated will help keep you full as you should avoid eating for two more hours after treatment.
How to maintain results and how long will they last?
You'll see a difference in as little as one treatment, but repeated treatments are often needed to increase the longevity of your results. About three to eight treatments can provide results from six months up to two years, and the procedure can be repeated as needed. Results vary from client to client.
